The invention relates to a vibration technique and can be used in engineering, mining, chemical and other industrial fields.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation of the vibroconveyor and to make it possible to control its performance.
The drawing shows a vibrating conveyor, a general view.
The vibrating conveyor contains working body 1 installed on frame 2. on elastic elements 3 and 4. The latter are installed in pairs on working body 1 and frame 2 and are interconnected by rigid rods 5. Elastic elements 3, 4 are attached to frame 2 and working body 1 using brackets 6 and 7, placed between the elastic elements. Through-holes are made in brackets 6 and 7. Each rod 5 is made with rezbovy kontsevikov 8 and 9 and is located in the holes of the brackets 6 and 7. The elastic elements 3 and 4 are tucked to the brackets 6, 7 and the rods 5 by means of nuts 10 mounted on the threaded limit switches 8 and 9. Elastic elements 3, 4 made in the form of discs and rubber or plastic. The vibrodrive is made in the form of a single-shaft inertial vibration exciter 11 mounted on the working body 1 driven by the engine 12. The axis of the vibration exciter 11 is set perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the working body 1.
The conveyor works as follows.
The circular oscillations generated by the inertial vibration exciter 11 are converted by elastic elements 3 and 4 and rods 5 into close to linear vibrations of the working member 1. Under the action of these oscillations directed at an angle to the horizon, the material located on the working organ is transported. The movement of the material on the working body, and consequently, the productivity of the conveyor can be regulated by the following ways: by changing the speed of rotation of the engine 12, changing

cue the static moment of the unbalance of the vibration exciter 11, the size and properties of the elastic elements 3 and 4, changing the degree of compression of the elastic elements 3 and 4 by nuts 10. The need to adjust the vibration parameters occurs when the properties of the transported material change: for example, during transportation of wood waste its properties change depending on the time of year. Due to the fact that during the operation of the conveyor, the angular deformation of the elastic elements 3 and 4 occurs, the dynamical loads on the working body 1 are reduced, which increases the reliability of the conveyor as a whole.

1. A vibrating conveyor, a body and a frame with elastic elements mounted in pairs on the body and frame and connected by rigid bars placed at an angle to the vertical, and a vibratory actuator, characterized in that
in order to increase the reliability of the vibroconveyor and to control its performance, the vibrodrive is designed as a single-shaft inertial vibration exciter, the axis of which is set perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the actuator, driven by the engine, while the pair of elastic elements are attached to the frame and the actuator using brackets with holes placed between the pair of elastic elements, and each rod is made with threaded ends located in the holes brackets, moreover, the elastic elements are pressed to the brackets and the headboard “- din by means of nuts mounted on threaded limit switches.
